In the clip, Jay discusses a new word that’s been floating around the hallways and is being used to describe Deacom’s culture: “Impactocracy”. Its definition is simple: In order to excel at Deacom, you have to make an impact. He goes on to talk about how we can all make an impact at Deacom and take advantage of the various opportunities to do so.
